Notice: The projects shown below have been fully managed and supervised by Dr. Kamal Emam, the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of CTQ company, during the period from August 2009 till August 2020 in which he took over the presidency of the Board of Directors of the International Center for Training and Quality Services.
Dr. Marwa Farouk, the Managing Director of CTQ company has also monitored and evaluated the performance during the implementation of these projects, during her period of work at the International Center for Training and Quality Services as Director of Training Department and then as the Managing Director of the Center until August 2020.

Project objectives:
In the framework of EEDS, Internationaler Bund (IB) – as a sub-contractor to GIZ – is responsible to achieve the objectives of FoA3 that supports the vocational education staff of public and private actors of the EDS so that they will be able to better fulfill their duties in the implementation of the requirements of the dual system. The achievement of FoA3 also has a direct impact on component 2 “Increasing the quality and quantity of dual training for skilled workers” and thus contributes significantly to the success of the TC measure “Promoting Dual Education in Egypt”.
The overall objectives of the Field of Activity 3 are to design and deliver trainings to school teachers in TVET, TVET trainers and training organizers in companies, RUDS staff and school management staff. It is intended to train 300 teachers and 500 in-company trainers in the supported locations who supposed to participate in practical, theoretical or methodological trainings. Training is also planned for 80 school managers, 75 training advisors and 16 RUDS directors in the supported locations, who have participated in capacity building measures on management of the implementation of dual education. All targeted groups will be involved in a basic training module. Teachers and in-company trainers will participate as trainees in an advanced training module, whereas, in addition, teachers will also participate in an expert training module. Furthermore, school managers, training advisors and RUDS staff will be trained based on two management training modules.
