Delivering Training Programs for INP Academic and Administrative Staff
Notice: The projects shown below have been fully managed and supervised by Dr. Kamal Emam, the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of CTQ company, during the period from August 2009 till August 2020 in which he took over the presidency of the Board of Directors of the International Center for Training and Quality Services.
Dr. Marwa Farouk, the Managing Director of CTQ company has also monitored and evaluated the performance during the implementation of these projects, during her period of work at the International Center for Training and Quality Services as Director of Training Department and then as the Managing Director of the Center until August 2020.

Project objectives:
The key purpose of this project is to deliver a comprehensive integrated training programs for the Institute of National Planning (INP) that would equip:
1) INP academic staff with needed tools; professional and technical skills, required for enhancing their overall performance;
2) INP administrative staff with technical and managerial skills training required to build their capacities in selected key areas of expertise.
Project Achievements:
Result 1: Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of INP academic staff by providing them with essential professional, technical and soft skills and tools that will help them to better perform their scientific, research, teaching and management and leadership tasks.
Result 2: Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of INP administrative staff by providing them essential technical and soft skills that will help them to better perform their duties and administrative support to INP academic staff.
Result 3: Senior academic and administrative staff will be trained on advanced management and leadership.
The efficient and timely preparation, organization and implementation of 28 modules to be covered through conducting 46 training workshops ranging from 3 to 5 days each. The modules are categorized, according to INP request in the TOR, as follows: 15 modules (modules 1-15) for academic staff and 13 modules for administrative staff (modules 16-28). The total no. of training days is 223 days, 108 days for academic staff and 115 days for administrative staff, as shown in Tables 1&2 below.
