Notice: The projects shown below have been fully managed and supervised by Dr. Kamal Emam, the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of CTQ company, during the period from August 2009 till August 2020 in which he took over the presidency of the Board of Directors of the International Center for Training and Quality Services.

Dr. Marwa Farouk, the Managing Director of CTQ company has also monitored and evaluated the performance during the implementation of these projects, during her period of work at the International Center for Training and Quality Services as Director of Training Department and then as the Managing Director of the Center until August 2020.

Project Title: Empowering Entrepreneurship and innovation for Development

Duration:        12 months,   July, 2014 to June, 2015

Implemented in cooperation with Alexandria Univ., Grant Innovation Technology Transfer Center “GITTC”

Activities: Organizing the training programmes and implementation of the training activities and logistics.

Project objectives:

  • Implement training program to prepare entrepreneurs
  • Establish Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre (IEC)
  • Promotion and raise awareness of entrepreneurship to develop culture of entrepreneurial and innovative thinking;
  • Provide technical support for entrepreneurs
  • Support to establish SME or small commercial business

Target area(s): informal areas in Cairo (Ezbet Elnasr- Ain Shams) informal areas in Giza (Elwarak – Giziret Eldahab)

Project Achievements:

  • 3 training program were designed & created
  • 1291 trainees was trained on soft & technical skills
  • 1089 Female were trained
  • 202 Male were trained
  • 64 Training program Run
  • 1 Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship was established
